Dressing up on a winter day can be a bit troublesome. But with the right outfit, you may not hesitate to walk out of your house in the gusty and biting wind.
Here, I have an idea of an outfit for a day out for you all that is snuggly and sassy at the same time. I managed to create this outfit by surfing some distinct online fashion brands that sell fashionable yet affordable winter clothes, that would make it easier for anyone who wants to create an outfit under their budget: such as DSW, EVERLANE, and REVOLVE.
What could be better than oversized sweaters in such cold weather to stay comfortable and underneath which layering clothes is effortless? On the days when I feel lazy dressing up, sweaters are my eventual choice.
Therefore, from Everlane’s sweaters and cardigans collection, I bought this basic black knitted oversized turtleneck sweater to wear on this Day-Out, which goes for all casual or semi-formal events. Turtle neck sweaters provide the best of warmth and style.
Moreover, a while back, I bought these cozy and snuggly basic black leggings from Revolve, but the main characteristic of these leggings is that they are super soft and stretchable; can even jump on a trampoline in them. I paired these leggings with an Oversized sweater from Everlane
and realized it is one of the comfiest yet sleeky outfits I have ever worn.
As you guys must know by now, I am addicted to boots. And these knee-high riding boots from this famous footwear brand DSW are one of my favorite ones because they provide me with that boss-lady kind of feeling; a girl, who is fearless and stays firm in her decisions. These boots perfectly complimented my attire for that day. While choosing which sweater to wear, I already had these boots finalized.
Lastly, to accessorize my look a tiny bit, I carried along this minimalistic yet stylish cross-body bag from Revolve again. It completed my entire look.
