Start prepping your eyes by applying concealer and eye primer if needed.

Finalize the shape you want to recreate with your eyeliner. It can be any shape, including cat-eye, winged, almond, or even a straight one; it could get you that graphic effect.
Place the brush or pen at the inner corner of your eye and draw a line towards the outer corner.
Start with a thin line and gradually build the thickness.
Extend the line beyond your lash line and upwards for a winged liner to create the desired shape.
Repeat the process on your other eye, making sure to match the shape as much as possible.
Fill in gaps or uneven lines to achieve a bold and graphic look.
Finish the look with several coats of your favorite volumizing mascara. My utmost favorite is this from Tarte’s sea collection named surfer curl
